Worked on multiple project requirements, monitored progress, generated team velocity, burn down charts to analyze efficiency.

-
Implemented agile workflow and conducted regular design reviews throughout the game development process.
Process Followed
Thorough Research and Planning:
-
I began by conducting extensive research on each challenge area, such as Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and getting authentic sources to understand the ancient Indian occult practices.
-
Developed a detailed plan that outlined the specific objectives and milestones for addressing each challenge.

Collaborative Brainstorming:
-
Organized brainstorming sessions involving relevant team members, including designers, artists, and developers (Once in a Sprint Cycle)
-
Encouraged open discussions and idea-sharing to explore innovative solutions to the challenges.

Prototyping and Testing:
-
Created prototypes and tested them rigorously to validate potential solutions.
-
Gathered feedback from team members and playtesters to refine the ideas and ensure they aligned with project goals. (Made a Tag in Jira called "Design Blockage" and used it to track design problems in the development and discussed them during brainstorming session)

Iterative Approach:
-
Embraced an iterative approach in addressing challenges. Pivoted or adjusted strategies when initial attempts did not yield the desired results. (Always explored multiple possibilities. Even when we had a solution, to make sure we knew all the possibilities)

Effective Project Management:
-
Implemented efficient project management practices, including task tracking, milestone management, bug tracking, and resource allocation.
-
Utilized project management tools and frameworks like Agile and Scrum to maintain team velocity and project efficiency. (To understand Which part of the pipeline is taking time to understand corresponding to other parts)

Cross-Functional Communication:
-
Fostered clear and open communication among team members, ensuring that everyone understood the challenges and the proposed solutions.
-
Established regular check-ins and review sessions to track progress and address any roadblocks. (Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective)
-
Also encouraged Programers to refactor and Merge code on a weekly basis by providing dedicated time for it in the sprint

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
-
Maintained comprehensive documentation of strategies, solutions, and best practices for overcoming challenges. (Design Documents, Asset Pipeline Spreadsheets, Technical Doc, Concept Art Boards)
-
Encouraged knowledge sharing within the team to ensure that everyone benefited from the collective wisdom.

Continuous Improvement:
-
Emphasized a culture of continuous improvement, where team members were encouraged to share their insights and experiences to refine strategies over time.
